Custom orders are shipped in approximately 2–4 weeks. Each hat is made by hand with care and detail, and this timeline can vary depending on the volume of orders and availability of materials. We take the time to ensure every piece is crafted just right. If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate!

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
