About the Owner
Hey there! I’m Rachel, the creator behind Kindled Stitch—a small business born from a big love of crafting, creativity, and connection.
Before finding new roots in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, I was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV where some of my earliest memories are sitting beside my grandma, learning how to create with my hands through crochet. Over the years, though my mediums have shifted, crafting became more than just a hobby—it became therapy, a way to express myself, and a space to find peace.
What started as making gifts for friends turned into something much bigger: a passion-fueled business where I get to share my handmade leather goods, custom-burned cowboy hats, totes, doormats, and more with people who appreciate things made with heart and intention.
I’m a proud cat mom to Ava, Clyde, and Millie (they’re my little studio supervisors), a firm believer in God’s grace, and the only girl in a family full of boys—which might explain the balance of grit, grace, and a little sparkle.
Every piece I make is rooted in purpose and a little bit of soul, complimented with a mixture of western flair and bo-ho influence. Whether you’re shopping for yourself or someone special, I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m faith-filled, coffee-fueled, and forever grateful for the people like you who support handmade and shop small. Thanks for being here—you’re part of the reason this dream keeps growing.
