Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns. Each item is made with care, and slight variations are part of the charm of handmade work. That said, your satisfaction matters to us—if there’s an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to take a look and make it right whenever possible.

Why we don't offer refunds on hats:

  1. Hygiene & Wearability
    Hats are worn close to the skin and hair, which makes them a personal item. For cleanliness and safety, once a hat leaves our hands, we cannot re-sell it.
  2. Handcrafted Nature
    Each hat is made with care—whether it’s hand-burned or custom-detailed, a lot of time and craftsmanship goes into each one. They're not mass-produced, and small variations or character marks are part of their charm.
  3. Limited Stock or One-of-a-Kind
    Most hats are one-offs or made in very small batches. Once it’s sold, we often can’t replicate it exactly—which means we can’t just swap it out or re-stock like big box stores can.
  4. Small Business Sustainability
    As a small, handmade brand, accepting returns or issuing refunds on ready-made goods could create losses we can't absorb. We’d rather focus on making your order amazing the first time around.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Gift Certificates
We do not offer returns or refunds on gift certificates.
