Do You Allow Refunds and Returns?

Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns. Each item is made with care, and slight variations are part of the charm of handmade work. That said, your satisfaction matters to us—if there’s an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to take a look and make it right whenever possible.

Why We Don’t Offer Refunds on Hats:

  1. Hygiene & Wearability
    Hats are worn close to the skin and hair, which makes them a personal item. For cleanliness and safety, once a hat leaves our hands, we can't re-sell it.

  2. Handcrafted Nature
    Each hat is made with care—whether it’s hand-burned or custom-detailed, a lot of time and craftsmanship goes into each one. They're not mass-produced, and small variations or character marks are part of their charm.

  3. Limited Stock or One-of-a-Kind
    Most hats are one-offs or made in very small batches. Once it’s sold, we often can’t replicate it exactly—which means we can’t just swap it out or re-stock like big box stores can.

  4. Small Business Sustainability
    As a small, handmade brand, accepting returns or issuing refunds on ready-made goods could create losses we can't absorb. We’d rather focus on making your order amazing the first time around.  

Can I Send You My Own Design Idea?

Yes! I love bringing your ideas to life. If you have a design in mind—whether it’s a specific symbol, phrase, pattern, or theme—feel free to share it with me when placing your custom order. I’ll work with you to create something special that fits your vision while staying true to the handcrafted style of my work.

How Long Do Custom Orders Take?

Custom orders are shipped in approximately 2–4 weeks. Each hat is made by hand with care and detail, and this timeline can vary depending on the volume of orders and availability of materials. We take the time to ensure every piece is crafted just right. If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Do I Maintain The Shape Of My Hat?

Due to the nature of wool, it's shape may change over time. However, you can easily restore the hat by following these simple steps:

  1. Use a steamer or an iron with a steam setting, ensuring a clean cloth is placed between the iron and the hat.
  2. Gently steam the hat to soften the wool.
  3. Shape the hat by hand, focusing on any bent or flattened areas. 
  4. Let the hat cool to retain its new shape.
